- Familiarity with CRM or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, SAP) (preferred)
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with inventory management and supply tracking
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Qualifications & Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Prior experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles
